Correspondence:
Thank you card from the School for the $100 donation.

Officers/Commission Reports:

Kelli Hall thanked all who help with the funeral dinners.
KC #292 donated $125 to our funeral fund.

International Concerns Commission, I reported there is $85.89 in our Pennies for Orphans collection, and passed around our jar for change.
Organization Commission-Kelli reminded ladies to turn in their volunteer hours and projects report.

Family Services Alliance was our monthly presentation.

Unfinished Business:

Special thanks to Rita Collins, Diane Diehl, Kelli Hall and Janice Woods for our Bunco social.

Claudia Allen is hosting Our Brother's Table on Feb. 11. Refreshments are still needed for our GM and Social, please sign up. Refreshments for St. John's will be Louanna, Rita, Gloria Z and Barb McAdam.

Election 2007: The nominating committee consisting of Betty Coffey, Barb McAdam and Barb McFadden will have their first meeting. It's progressing. We need nominees/slate of officers for the March GM and will accept nominating from the floor. Louanna also needs bios of nominees to publish in newsletter before election in April. She would like them by March 22.

Volunteers for decorating St. Joe's for Lent/Easter will meet with Betsy Mitchell. Diane, Louanna, Barb McAdam, and Kelli and Janice B agreed to help Betsy while her daughter's having surgery.

ICCW Call to Convention: Rooms have been reserved and we need final count by March 8. Each person is responsible to send in her own registration. The HSCCW Scholarship are due today, the Scholarship Committee will decide on amount. The Chili Cookoff will be Saturday, March 31 at St. Anthony's Hall and Claudia Allen is the chair. Please remember your chili and desserts for the decadent dessert auction. Relay for Life Kickoff was last night. Relay for Life is July 13-14. Congratulations to Kelli, Janice W and Louanna for being on TV last night.

New Business:

Louanna was nominated to represent our HSCCW for Zonta Woman of Achievement Banquet. The luncheon will be on Saturday, March 24 at noon at the Red Lion Inn. It's from 12-2 and the cost is $13 per person. Need reservations with money by March 8.
Coffee Hour at St. Joseph's this Sunday Feb 11 after the 11 am Mass. Volunteers are Kelli, Rita and Janice B. Approximately 6 dozens donuts, juice and coffee are needed. International Food Fair is Feb 17-18.
Rose Glass made a motion for our HSCCW to give $300 towards the International Food Fair, to help with paper goods.

RCIA Rite of Election for the Eastern Deanery is Friday, February 23 at 7 pm at St. Anthony's.

HSCCW will do reception, the officers will provide hor d'oeuvres, we need desserts and workers. Desserts needed with no meat.
Stations of the Cross HSCCW will do on Friday, March 23. Barb McAdam, Rita, Arlene, Kelli and Louanna will do stations, but we would like to see many HSCCW there representing us on this night.
Shirts for convention. We need to decide on style and color. We need twelve to order.

Announcements: Feb Social: Take your Health to heart Go Red for Women, is on Thursday, Feb 22 at 7 pm at St. Paul's with Dr. Vonnie Mills and Jodi Brown. Please attend.

On February 27 the Commission Chairs will meet to do up Commission Reports for Deanery. This is a great month to remember your Secret Prayer Angel. Happy February Birthday to Cathey Patschull (2/17/47) and anyone else with birthdays this month.

Kelli reported that the Eastern Deanery meeting is in Idaho Falls at Holy Rosary Parish. It's on March 17 and it's the spring meeting and Installation of officers.
This is our Cookie Exchange, after the meeting we will have refreshments and those who brought cookies can exchange, so you can take several kinds home.
