Welcome:
Louanna welcomed ladies and called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

Spiritual:
Diane Diehl led us in the opening prayer.

Minutes:
Stand as read.

Financial Report:
Rita Collins reported that we have $3,280.05 in our checking. Report filed for audit.

Correspondence:
A thank you card from Mel & Virginia Hardy for Mel's retirement party.

Officers/Commission Reports:

Funerals-Kelli Hall reported that there were two funerals in December and one in January.

Unfinished Business:

Special thanks to all for the Eucharistic Adoration hours on December 7th and 8th. Those who prepared the Priests' meal, the Christmas Chairs, those helping with Mel and Virginia Hardy's Retirement Party, those who helped decorate the chapels, and Carolyn Johnson for hosting the Coffee hour at St. Anthony's on December 31.

We now have 3 callers for the Calling Circle and we thank you. We still need more. Our Brothers' Table this Sunday, call Rose Glass if you can help, we need 2 more to help serve at 1:00 pm.

We still need ladies to sign up for refreshments for the reminder of the year for both general meetings, and the socials. See Janice B if your interested.

Louanna has the list for St. John's refreshments, please see her if your interested in bringing refreshments.

Remember to keep our CCW sisters who are in ill health or may have a loved one in ill health in our prayers.

New Business:

After some discussion on our HSCCW flower, we decided to go with all three.
Rosemary Nett made a motion for us to use the Calla Lily-White, Carnation-Pink, Red and White and Roses-Pink, Red and Yellow.

TThe ICCW Convention is in Jerome on May 4-6, 2007. The HSCCW, Eastern Deanery and ICCW Scholarships are available and the deadline for all is February 2, 90 days prior to convention.

Kelli and Janice B are checking into our banner.

We are thinking about our shirts and there will be examples at our next general meeting.

ELECTIONS 2007
Betty Coffey, Barbara McAdam and Barbara McFadden volunteered to be our Nominating/Election Committee. The Nominating Committee is for 2 years. The Offices available are: Second Vice President, President Elect, Secretary and Treasurer. Every office has a notebook with duties listed. Please make the Nominating Committee's job easier and consider volunteering.

Betsy Mitchell, who does the decorating at St. Joseph's will not be available from Ash Wednesday until after Easter. Her daughter is having multiple surgeries. We need 2-3 ladies to help make the Lenten and Easter season at St. Joseph's Chapel. Louanna, Diane, Janice B, Barb McAdam and Kelli volunteered to help.

We donated $100 to the school auction. Candy Ladies are planning on making 20 boxes of candies for the auction donation.

Father Enrique and Kathy Barkdull would like it known if anyone is interested in hosting a Coffee Hour to please contact Debbie in the office and she can schedule you. There is no need to notify anyone at the individual chapels, Debbie does all the scheduling.

The Rely for Life Kick Off is Wednesday, February 7 at the Booth Barn. It's from 5:30-6:30. The theme is SPOOK OUT CANCER.

The January Social is BUNCO. The entry fee is a plate of munchies. Diane, Rita, Janice W and Kelli are chairing this event.

Eastern Deanery Installation and Spring Meeting is March 17.

Happy December Birthdays to Jean Spanbauer, 12/4, Janice B 12/17, Louanna 12/18 and Ann Hysell 12/21 and Happy January Birthday to Carolyn Johnson, 1/14.

Barb McAdam presented her Commission Presentation for Family Concerns Commission. Good Job!

Diane led us in closing prayer.
