Welcome:
Louanna welcomed ladies and called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm..

Spiritual:
Diane Diehl led us in a Lenten opening prayer.

Minutes:
Stand as read.

Financial Report:
Rita Collins reported that we have $1060.09 in our checking. Report filed for audit.

Correspondence:
A thank you card from Houston Queen's wife, Isabelle for his funeral dinner.

Officers/Commission Reports:

Funerals-Kelli Hall thanked all who helped with funeral dinners. She is still looking for a funeral coordinator to take over for her, when she becomes President.

Unfinished Business:

Our February Social went well. Dr. Mills and Jodi Brown gave presentations on health. Thank you Louanna for chairing. Thank you to everyone who brought food and or helped at the Rite of Election on February 23, and thank you to Commission Chairs for doing reports. They need to be sent to Deanery Chairs.

Chili Cookoff is Saturday, March 31 @ St. Anthony's Hall. Claudia Allen, is the Chair. We need chili entrants, decadent desserts that our homemade for auction, baskets to raffle off and help with clean up.

Our Brothers' Table is this Sunday Rita Collins is hosting. They need help on May 13. Kelli, Janice B have volunteered to help.

Janice B reported that she needs one more set of ladies to volunteer for refreshments on April 12, GM. Arlene and Dolly offered to bring refreshments.

Louanna reported that St. John's doesn't need refreshments this month, because they are on Spring Break. We are asked for prayers for their trip to Mexico.

Election 2007: The Nominating Committee (Betty, C, Barb McFadden and Barb McAdam) has found a slate of officers.

The Board open nominations from the floor.

Idaho Purce made a motion for the nominations to cease. It was seconded by Dolly Morrison and the voting was unanimous in the affirmative.
We will vote at our April General Meeting.

ICCW Convention is on May 4-6 in Jermone, ID. Rooms are reserved. Each person is responsible to send in their own registration. HSCCW will have a 2x3 ad in the Convention for $25. HSCCW is required to have a $25 prize for silent auction.

After tonight's meeting we will be trying on shirts to get sizes to order.

Linda Vanderford made a motion to do embroidery on shirts, with our logo.

Relay for Life Kickoff was last month. It's set for July 13-14. We need participants.
If you want to be a walker contact Louanna.
Reservations for the ZONTA Woman of Achievement Luncheon, is on March 24, deadline is March 9, cost is $13 per person.
March 23 will be hosting Stations of the Cross. It starts at 6 pm.
March 14 is Community Reconciliation at St. Anthony's Chapel. Nancy Davis and Barb McAdam will do the dinner for the priests.
We will do a paper drive along with the Feed the 5000 drive to donate to Family Services Alliance.

New Business:

Eastern Deanery Spring Meeting, is on Saturday, March 17 from 9-3. Breakfast is at 9:15, cost is $10. Please RSVP by March 14. It's at the Holy Rosary Church in IF. We will car pool from St. Paul's by 7:10 am.
Spaghetti Dinner is at St. Paul's on Sunday, March 25. Dolly Morrison and Arlene Johnson are chairs. Dolly mentioned that they needed advertisement for this fundraiser. She added that we will be meeting on Saturday, March 24 at 8:00 a.m. to make meatballs. Sign up sheets for workers, desserts and publicity will be available through Arlene.
Feed the 5000 Progressive Dinner, is on Saturday, March 17. Holy Spirit Catholic Community is working with the Chubbuck Methodist Church on this dinner. It will start at 7:30 pm at St. Anthony, we need desserts by 6:30 pm.

The Easter Vigil Reception is on Saturday, April 7, at St. Anthony's Chapel need hor d'ouerves, desserts. Barb McAdam and Rose Glass will be hostesses. Confirmation is on April 14. We will purchase a sheet cake for reception. This will be our gift to the candidates.

First Communion, is on April 28 & 29. We will do a reception and buy gifts. Diane Diehl will order gifts.
Our March Social is our Lenten Journey. It will be at the Sisters of the Eucharist's place, on March 22. We will car pool from St. Paul's at 6:20.
Happy March Birthdays to Mary Brownley, Barb McAdam, Dorothy Frangesh, Claudine Edwards, Fr. Justin Brady, Debbie Gallego and Beverly Griffin.
