Memorial Mass began at 7:00 p.m. Meeting opened with a prayer led by President Maheras at 7:45 p.m.

Minutes with corrections amended and stand as read.

Financial Report was was accepted for audit.

Liz Johnson, of the Prison Ministry spoke to ladies on this ministry. She encouraged all ladies interested in this ministry to talk to Lynda Hunter and/or Louanna. There is a training workshop and a background check that needs to be completed if anyone is interested.

Louanna thanked Rose Glass for all her hard work during the Mexican dinner. She also thanked Kelli Hall and Peggy Krasuer for their work on the Halloween Carnival.

Irene Schlader, Nancy Davis, Lynda Hunter, Barbara McFadden and Barbara McAdam reported on their trip to the National Convention. All ladies enjoyed their time and were in agreement saying it was a success. It was filled with friendly, lovely women.

President Maheras thanked all the ladies who volunteered who called ladies to bring some baked goods or crafts to the fall festival. Kelli Hall discussed the Christmas Dinner Party. The cost will be $10 for paid members and $13 for non-paid members. The menu is Swiss steak or Chicken; bake potato, vegetable and a Hawaiian cake. There will be a bartender, entertainment and a surprise guest. We will collect can goods for the Women's Shelter and all ladies are invited to participate in a wrapped ornament gift exchange (approximately $5-$7). Please RSVP to Janice Woods by November 29th. Janice will also pass out the reminder of membership packets during the dinner.

Dolly Morrison reported on the Holiday Card Party. She said everything was ready to go. It will be on December 3rd, 12:30-4:00 p.m. The cost is $5 per person and lunch is provided.

Louanna reminded ladies to signup for snacks for St. John's Student Chapel, the second Tuesday of each month during the school year. Women are needed to cook, serve and clean up at the Priests' Deanery lunch, on November 17th at 12:00 p.m. There will be 15 people and women are also needed for the Staff retreat lunch on December 14 at 12:00.

Rita Collins reported the need for more volunteers at Our Brother's Table. The same people are doing and we need more volunteers for this community service.

Janice Woods is still working on the car pool. If anyone knows of anyone who needs a ride or can provide a ride please call her.

Kelli Hall reported on the Eastern Deanery events. They are having a Christmas tree fundraiser and it will be raffled off at the Eastern Deanery Holiday Brunch on December 10th at Dolly Morrison's home.

Diane Diehl led us in the closing prayer.
