The evening started off with a Memorial Mass for deceased CCW members with Fr. Enrique officiating.

Secretary's Report:
Minutes stand as read.

Financial Report:
Rita Collins reported that we have $5,322.01 in our checking.

Unfinished Business:
Special thanks to all who helped at and attended the Mexican Dinner, Faith Festival Food, October's Social and made gift jars and did crafts. We had a great turnout! Thanks to all who helped at the Halloween Carnival and made gift baskets for our Fall Festival. We also would like to thank Amaya Serpa and Mary Brownley for providing the music for tonight's mass.

Diane Diehl reported that she only has two callers on the Calling Circle and we need more ladies. We need refreshments for St. John's and baked goods for the Fall Festival. The Youth Ministry Training Session is on November 11 and 12th. We will need people to help with food, set up and clean up.

Our annual Christmas Party will be on December 14, 2006 at ISU. Prepay before December 8 send to Rita Collins. There is a $7-$10 gift exchange.

The 2007 Festival of Trees is being planned. The committee consists of Diane Diehl and Jane Magee. We need two more ladies for this project.

Barb McAdam made a motion to allow up to $300 for tree decorations. The motion was seconded and the voting was unanimous in the affirmative.

Louanna has names for our Secret Angels, and will put them in the newsletter.

New Business:
The December meeting is our Christmas Party be there at 6:30, we eat at 7 pm. Thanksgiving Day Mass is Thursday, November 23, 9 am at St. Anthony's Chapel. CCW is organizing the Fellowship afterwards. Please bring quick breads, muffins, bagels and spend some time visiting with parishioners.

December 13 is our Communal Penance Service. We will need 2 to 3 ladies to make and serve dinners for the priests-CCW covers the cost, keep receipts.

CCW has been asked to host the 10 am Coffee Hour at St. Anthony's Chapel on Sunday, December 31. We need 2 or 3 ladies to host. CCW will cover the expenses, keep your receipts. Dorothy F and Carolyn Johnson volunteered to host coffee hour for that day.

Louanna will send out NCCW FYI letter via email.

Announcements:
Kelli Hall reported on the Eastern Deanery events. The Eastern Deanery Christmas Buffet is at Carol Hodges in IF on December 9. We will car pool from St. Paul's at 9:15 a.m. The Eastern Deanery Raffle is a Bible and will be raffled off on the Christmas Buffet.

Early December Birthday to Jean Spanbauer.

Gloria Steiger would like us to host a roast beef dinner, all proceeds would go to the new church fund. We will discuss this in the summer, because the calendar is set for the remainder of the year.

Fr. Enrique asked ladies to sign up for adoration on December 7th- 8th. He said the KC is helping out and no hour should be unattended. He thanked our ladies for all our work.

Commission Chair Presentation was done by Louanna and Janice B on International service projects.

Diane Diehl led us in closing prayer.
