Rose asked for cakes, cupcakes and candy for the carnival. The report on the NCCW Convention will be given at the November general meeting. We are also offering the ladies an opportunity to make gift baskets. If you are interested in making a basket please let, Louanna know by October 26th. New Business:

Louanna mentioned that we needed to decide how much money would we pay for Liturgical Supplies. Enrique explained that new hosts have been ordered and all the parishes will have the same host.

Barbara McAdam made a motion to give $100 each month for Liturgical Supplies. Rita Collins seconded the motion and the voting was unanimous in the affirmative.

Louanna asked ladies to help provide refreshments one Sunday a month, to St. John's for their social. This would make us visible to the students.

Mary Kay Molitor made a motion that we would provide refreshments to St. John'sthe 2nd Sunday of each month when school is in session. Barbara McAdam seconded the motion and the voting was unanimous in the affirmative.
