PRINCIPAL'S CORNER

Dear Parents:
Holy Spirit Catholic School is in need of people to fill some important positions on both the School Board and executive board for the Home to School Organization. These positions need to be filled as soon as possible so there can be a smooth transition of members. Please consider joining our team so you can help make our school a better place for the children. If you are interested please feel free to contact me here at the school, 232-5763.

Thank you, Mr. A

BLESSINGS - Have you noticed the new tree planted out front of the school? The Home to School Club purchased the tree in honor of Pope John Paul II. A special blessing of the tree by Fr. Rob was held after mass on Thursday. Very nice!!

HOME TO SCHOOL ORGANIZATION?? Many of you are unsure of what this is; it is our school's version of a PTA. This means that it is our Parent/Teacher Association. So PARENTS need to be involved. The success of our school depends on team work between parents, staff, and faculty!

SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS - The last few weeks of school are packed with activities, as you can see above. Two of our grades will be making their annual field trips wrapping up a year of learning. The fourth graders will be traveling to Boise May 12 - May 14 and our sixth graders will be traveling to Seattle, May 14 - May 20. Please keep these students in your prayers.

SUMMER CHILDCARE PROGRAM - Registration for this summer's "Sensational Summer Program" is now being accepted. Registration forms are available in the school office. Don't miss out on this great program if you are in need of childcare during the summer months!

OPEN ENROLLMENT - Don't forget to reserve your child's spot for next year by returning your Letter of Intent with the $100 non-refundable deposit. PLUS, remember that for every family you refer to the school and they enroll you will receive a credit of $250 on your tuition account!
